Ibrahim Yusuf, BHSc, MD (Candidate).
Ibrahim is a Co-Founder of ILM. He is a current medical student at the University of Toronto. He completed his undergraduate degree in McMaster’s Health Sciences program with a specialization in Child Health.
Ibrahim is a top percentile MCAT and Altus Suite/Casper scorer.
He has over 10 years of tutoring and mentorship experience.

Yusuf Hassan, BHSc.
Yusuf is a Co-Founder of ILM. He has a Bachelors of Health Science (BHSc) Degree from McMaster University with a specialization in Child Health. He was also accepted into McMaster’s Integrated Science, Arts and Science as well as the competitive engineering science program at the University of Toronto. He is currently completing a Master’s of Occupational Therapy at McMaster University.
Yusuf has diverse research experience including first author publications in prestigious academic journals.
Yusuf is a top percentile MCAT and Altus Suite/Casper scorer.
Yusuf’s interests include hockey, golf and travel.

Ibrahim Mohammad Nadeem, BHSc, MD.
Ibrahim is a diagnostic radiology resident physician at McMaster University. He completed his undergraduate degree in McMaster's Health Sciences program followed by medical school at the Michael G.DeGroote School of Medicine, McMaster University.
He has a strong research portfolio with several first author publications, conference presentations, and textbook chapters.
He has over 5 years of one-on-one mentorship experience with a successful track record.
Ibrahim’s interests outside of medicine are in playing basketball, weight training, and spending time with his family and friends.

Mahdi Hassan, B.Sc. MD, CM
Mahdi is a psychiatry resident physician at McMaster University. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Ottawa in Biomedical Sciences and then medical school at McGill University.
Prior to pursuing further studies in medical school, Mahdi worked for a number of years as a regulatory specialist at Health Canada.
He has a keen interest in clinical research and was fortunate to publish a number of first author publications and conduct conference presentations.
Mahdi’s interests outside of medicine are plenty and include spending time with his family, community development, literature and poetry and learning new languages.

Ahmed Haleem, BHSc, MD (Candidate).
Ahmed is a third year medical student at University of Ottawa. He completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences (BhSc) from McMaster University.
Ahmed has a strong and diverse research portfolio with first author publications in prestigious journals across various specialties.
He has 3 years of successful one-on-one mentorship and tutoring experience, working with both undergraduate and high school students.
Ahmed’s interests include watching sports, running, and spending time with family and friends.

Ammar Salkini MD (Candidate).
Ammar is a second year M.D. student at UofT pursuing the physician-scientist stream. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Ottawa, specializing in Translational and Molecular Medicine.
During his time in Ottawa, Ammar served as the leader of grassroots student organizations and was heavily involved in various community centers across the city.
Outside of academics, Ammar enjoys reading works in philosophy, training in martial arts, and spending time with family.

Tahmid Tashin, BSc, DDS (Candidate).
Tahmid is a current dental student at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at Western University. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from McMaster University.
While completing his BSc, Tahmid worked in numerous research positions spanning both academia and industry, whilst successfully publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
Tahmid has been involved with tutoring, coaching, and mentorship at the high school and post-secondary level for over 5 years, successfully guiding his mentees into renowned undergraduate and professional programs.
Tahmid's interests include basketball, fitness and spending time with his family, friends, and pets.

Kareem Elmankabady, JD (Candidate)
Kareem is a third year law student at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He completed his undergraduate degree at the Schulich School of Business.
Throughout his time in law school, Kareem has actively mentored and provided guidance to students who have expressed an interest in pursuing a legal career. Kareem has worked two summers at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP in Toronto, and will be returning as an articling student at the firm.
Kareem's interests include soccer, video games, cats, and spending time with family and friends.

Alison Bubeqi, JD (Candidate)
Alison is a second year law student at Queen’s University Faculty of Law. She completed her undergraduate degree at the Smith School of Business at Queen’s. This past summer, Alison worked at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg as a Summer Student and will be returning next summer.
Since going to law school, Alison has mentored students starting or expressing an interest in attending law school.
Alison’s interests include baking, playing guitar, and fashion.
